Use this page to request deletion of your Tolyawekka account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion in either of these ways:
Open your profile/history screen and tap Delete.
Send a request to greenccx4@gmail.com. Include the email address or sign-in name tied to your account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile data stored in Tolyawekka, including name, phone number, email, and profile photo reference.
- Your presence and push-target records used by the app.
- Your shared items are archived first, then cleaned up according to retention rules.
What may be retained temporarily
- Archived item records for a limited period so they can appear in history and then be cleaned up.
- Location data associated with active or archived post records and transaction records may remain temporarily until the related records reach their cleanup window.
- Reports, moderation logs, and safety records where retention is needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
- Service logs and technical records that are not tied to your public profile, when needed for reliability and security.
Temporary retention does not mean your account remains active. The account is deleted and the retained data is only kept for limited internal purposes.
Deletion flow summary
- Your shared items are archived first.
- Your profile documents are removed.
- Your account is signed out.
- Remaining data is cleaned up later by the app's retention rules.
