These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Tolyawekka mobile app and related services. By using Tolyawekka, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
Using Tolyawekka
Tolyawekka is a coordination platform for local sharing, pickup communication, community participation, and related account features.
- You must provide truthful account and pickup information.
- You are responsible for how you use the app, including what you post, share, and communicate.
- You may use manual map selection or optional location-based features, but you remain responsible for the pickup point you choose.
Safety and meetups
- Tolyawekka does not guarantee the identity, safety, reliability, or intentions of other users.
- You are responsible for your own safety decisions, including whether to claim an item, share contact details, or meet another person.
- When possible, meet in safe, public, and well-lit places and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.
- Location, route guidance, travel estimates, and live transaction signals are informational features and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
- If you feel unsafe, stop the interaction and use the in-app safety reporting tools where available.
User content and conduct
- You must not post illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, or sexually exploitative content.
- You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent an item, or deliberately provide false pickup details.
- You must not use the app to harass, exploit, scam, or endanger others.
- You remain responsible for messages, posts, images, cues, community content, and reports you submit.
Moderation and termination
- We may review reports, remove content, limit account features, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks.
- We may retain moderation and safety records for a reasonable period for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
- We may update, limit, or discontinue features when necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Liability and platform role
- Tolyawekka provides a platform for coordination and does not take ownership of items, guarantee successful handovers, or promise uninterrupted service.
- We are not responsible for disputes, losses, injuries, or damages arising from user interactions, meetups, item condition, or reliance on user-provided content.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tolyawekka is provided "as is" and "as available."
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Tolyawekka after an update means you accept the revised terms.
